Christopher CHMIEL
Chris completed his undergraduate degree at University of Guelph where he graduated with Honours & received a BSc in Biological Sciences & Bachelors of Nutritional Science. Chris continued his education in the UK at Leeds Met University, where he completed a MSc Degree in Physical Therapy.
Throughout his 6 years of post-secondary education, Chris has pursued his passion in human health and rehabilitation. Chris has experience in Musculoskeletal, Neurological, Cardio-pulmonary, Sports and multisystem injuries/disorders. As a Physiotherapist, Chris has worked with professional athletes with the Toronto FC and Burnley FC.
Pursuing up to date research and ongoing personal development through continuing education, Chris is continually seeking advanced skills and training in the field to provide the best available treatments and rehabilitation to help you achieve your personal functional goals.
Chris established Forest Hill Physiotherapy & Health Centre Ltd. in 2014 and is passionate about providing a holistic approach to healthy living with his dynamic team of professionals.

Grace SIZENANDO
Grace is a Registered Physiotherapist who graduated in 2010 with a Bachelor’s Degree in Physiotherapy from Faculdade São Lucas, Brazil. With over 12 years of experience in Physical Therapy, Grace’s practice is based on excellence and she is passionate about providing her patients with the best quality of care. She has experience working with a variety of patients in Brazil and Ontario and utilizes a combination of manual therapy, exercise prescription, and education to help her patients achieve their goals. She has also completed additional training and certifications in mental health, fitness, health promotion, and pelvic health.
Grace speaks English, Portuguese and some Spanish, and in her spare time, she enjoys exercising, exploring the city, and going for long walks with her dog Max.

Robert BRYCE
Robert completed a Human Kinetics degree at The University of Guelph before moving to London, England to complete a Master’s degree in Physiotherapy. He has an extensive background working in a variety of rehabilitation settings including hospitals, high-performance gyms and outpatient clinics. He has worked directly with patients suffering from a wide range of conditions such as strokes, MS, Parkinson’s, and vertigo, as well as respiratory conditions and musculoskeletal injuries.
In addition to his expertise in exercise prescription and movement, Robert is developing his skills in both manual therapy and neurological rehabilitation. With a passion for movement and physical activity, Robert enjoys working with his patients to create personalized programs to benefit their overall health.

Dr. Brandon MCMECHAN
Dr. Brandon McMechan completed his Bachelor’s Degree in Life Sciences at Queen’s University prior to graduating as a Doctor of Chiropractic from the Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College in 2010. He is an active member of the College of Chiropractors of Ontario, the Ontario Chiropractic Association and the Canadian Chiropractic Association.
Dr. McMechan has extensive experience assessing and treating musculoskeletal injuries. He uses a combination of hands-on chiropractic care and myofascial release therapies as well as other modalities like low level laser, inferential current and supervised exercise to provide complete patient-centered care.
In addition to his clinical practice, Dr. McMechan is also a competitive equestrian athlete in the sport of Eventing, having represented Canada on the Canadian University Equestrian Team and was top placed amateur at the Jaguar Bromont CCI* in 2016.

Dr. Victoria Chiappetta is a licensed Naturopathic Doctor with a clinical interest in mental-emotional wellness, fertility, pregnancy and postnatal care. Prior to pursuing her Doctor of Naturopathy degree, she obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree with a specialization in psychology from the University of Ottawa. She is passionate about the mind-body connection and applies this lens when working with all patients in her practice.
Dr. Victoria uses a combination of clinical nutrition, lifestyle counselling, acupuncture and botanical medicine as her primary treatment modalities. Using an integrative approach, her aim is to uncover the root cause of pain or disease and tailors each patient's treatment plan to remove any obstacles to wellness. Dr. Victoria offers a supportive environment in which she and her patients work collaboratively and patients feel empowered to meet their health goals.

Shellie has been practicing Massage Therapy since 2000, and tailors her treatments to suit the needs of each individual. She graduated from Trent University with a BSc in 1998 and Received a Diploma in Acupuncture in 2004. She has been practicing and teaching Chinese Martial Arts for 14 years and has a keen interest in Traditional Chinese Medicine and enjoys helping people "see" into their bodies.
Whether you are suffering from a sports injury, wear and tear of the joints, migraine headaches, frozen shoulder, sciatica, back pain, knee problems, or you simply want a stress-relieving treatment that will rejuvenate, Shellie can help address these symptoms. She enjoys working with patients of all ages and all types of cases.She has been an exercise enthusiast all her life so understands how to treat the active bodies, but also has a special and gentle healing approach to a more vulnerable patient who has been injured or is recovering from surgery or suffering from a condition. She will always leave you with sound tools on how to aid in the improvement of your health.

Brandon PRISCIAK
Brandon is a Registered Massage Therapist who values the ideals of movement, exercise and self care to aid healing. Brandon entered the field for his love of sports and exercise.
Brandon grew up in small town Beaverton and didn't leave until University where I began my education in the field. Brandon graduated from University of Windsor with a BsK honours degree and a Biology Minor in 2015. Brandon became a physiotherapy assistant where he helped create and administer rehabilitation exercises. After 3 years, Brandon made the decision to be more involved in aiding patients in their care.
Brandon pursued his passion in Massage Therapy to better aid in spending more time with patients and work alongside them using the ideals of movement, exercise, and self care to help patients heal.

Kaylie GORDON
Kaylie Gordon completed her BA degree with honors at the University of Western Ontario in 2007, and her Post-Graduate degree in arts and media at Griffith University in Australia in 2008.
Kaylie has had a passion for fitness from an early age and has worked in the health and wellness industry since 2002. In 2012, Kaylie reached her goal of becoming a STOTT PILATES Certified Instructor after her 100 hour apprenticeship at the STOTT PILATES head office in Toronto. She is trained in the full repertoire including Advanced Matwork, Reformer, Cadillac, Chair and Barrels, and is a Post-Rehab Specialist as well as an Athletic Conditioning Specialist.
In recent years her passion for Pilates and travel combined to take her around the world teaching Pilates in such countries as Spain, India and China! Kaylie is currently working towards becoming a STOTT PILATES Active For Life Specialist. She is committed to helping people reach their strength and conditioning goals!

Zack GOODMAN
Zack completed his BSc in Kinesiology at the University of Western Ontario. He decided he wanted to further pursue his education and enrolled in a Masters Program at the University of Toronto. During his time at UofT, his thesis sought to determine the cardiovascular effects of recreational hockey in middle-aged men.
Zack became registered with the College of Kinesiology of Ontario wanting to pursue a career as a Kinesiologist. His passion for sport and exercise has led to his desire to help people maintain a healthy lifestyle and recover from injuries in a safe and active manner.
Zack aims to help the people he works with by building a solid foundation of mobility and stability in which to build further strength from. Using a evidence-based approach, you can be assured that the exercises and techniques that Zack uses are both effective and enjoyable.

April TREWHITT
April Trewhitt is a Registered Psychotherapist. April has provided counselling for 10 + years to individuals and families.
April can help you identify obstacles that affect your quality of life, set goals, and develop strategies to help you move through them. She has extensive experience working with people who have noticed an increase in stress as a result of changes in their relationships, employment, pain from an injury and/or accident, parenting, and everyday stressors that feel overwhelming. She also has experience working with addiction, anxiety, depression, and other emotional and mental health experiences. April will work collaboratively with you, creating a space where you are heard and valued, which enables you to move forward with your life.
Depending on the patients needs and preferences, April uses a number of therapeutic modalities, including Dialectical Behaviour Therapy, Cognitive Behaviour Therapy, and mindfulness approaches.

Marina MAMMON
Marina Mammon is a Clinical Social Worker, MSW, RSW providing counselling services. She has a Psychology degree from York University and a Masters degree in Social Work from the University of Toronto (FIFSW). Marina pursues advanced training in psychotherapy to stay current in the field.
Marina can help you identify and address barriers that prevent you from reaching your goals. She has extensive experience working with stress, anxiety, depression and pain. For the past few years she has worked in the area of rehabilitation with individuals who have sustained injuries. She helps individuals better manage pain and stress that can result after an injury or accident.
She also has a background in health and nutrition, which she uses in therapy to help clients contend with food issues such as emotional eating and weight issues. Without dieting she can help individuals reach a healthy weight by addressing the underlying issues of emotional eating.
