If you have extended health care benefits, your coverage may allow for some or all of your cost for physiotherapy, chiropractic, massage therapy, acupuncture, bracing, and orthotics at Forest Hill Physiotherapy & Health Centre.

If you have any questions about your plan and how much coverage you have yearly, it is best to call your insurance company to better understand your plan. If you need help with understanding or getting more information from your insurance plan, our staff would be happy assist.

          Upon checkout, our staff will be able to bill your insurance directly on your behalf if your insurance plan allows for assignment of benefits. You may be required to pay a deductible or a co-payment if you insurance plan defines so, otherwise the payment will be fully covered.

If your insurance is not listed above or you prefer to claim the treatment session on your own, you will be provided with a receipt with your practitioners billing number which can be submitted to you insurance for reimbursement. In these cases, payments will be due at the end of every treatment session.
